  • Half a cup of Nestlé® oatmeal in organic and gluten -free thick flakes
  • 6 tablespoons of grated coconut in thick flakes
  • Half a cup of dried fruit mix
  • Half a cup of sugarcane
  • Half a cup of peanut butter
  • Half a cup of chopped almonds
  • 1 and half teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1 salt whistle
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
