How to make confetti cookie

In a large bowl, place sugars, butter, MID® and eggs, and mix. Gradually add the flour and yeast, and stir with your hands until a homogeneous mass. Add chocolate confetti and mix. Divide the dough into 12 spheres and flatten them between the palms. Arrange them in two large, greased and floured baking sheets, with a 2 cm between each one, and bake in the medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven, wait for it to cool and serve.

  • Half a cup of sugar (75 g)
  • Half a cup of brown sugar (75 g)
  • Half -cup (tea) of unsalted butter, melted (100 g)
  • 1 MID® Sachet vanilla with lemon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups of wheat flour (330 g)
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate confetti

Preparation mode

  • Remove from oven, wait for it to cool and serve.

Tip: On warmer days, leave the cookies in the freezer for 15 minutes before baking so that the dough does not spread to the baking dish.
